Design Approach

The owner of the property also runs an adjoining local medical center

With a constant flow of travelling medical staff, the owner wanted to enlarge the existing small 3 bedroom house into a duplex / dual occupancey, so he can accomodate the staff.

As the tenants will be expecting a high level of accomodation, the owner wanted a duplex design that will impress. With extra large bedrooms each with an ensuite, and a high end kitchen, a bungalow styled duplex design was created which the owner is very proud of.

Yagoona falls within the City of Canterbury-Bankstown local government area. This is one of our completed duplex / dual occupancy projects delivered in that council area.
