Design Approach

Nestled away in the leafy & scenic suburb of Illawong, the owner of this waterfront property wanted a secondary dwelling to take advantage of his steep site and create another dwelling facing the Georges River.

A relatively simple design which takes in the views and utilises the fall of the land for minimal footprint.

Illawong falls within the Sutherland Shire Council area. This secondary dwelling is one of our residential projects delivered along the Georges River.
