This property sat vacant when the client decided to open his own cafe. The brief was a straight forward fit out with a bright ambience to attract pedestrians.

Design Approach

The fit-out reworked an empty shell with bare floorboards and plain walls into a bright, pedestrian-friendly cafe. New shopfront glazing, orange-accented seating and feature walls, and pendant lighting over the counter give the space a warm street presence, with a glass display counter for sandwiches and pastries.
