The client had a 3 bedroom home that was possibly built in the 1960s, which desperately needed a renovation. The client's brief was extend the house for their growing family, with big open living spaces to allow them to entertain and to completely revamp the house to include all the modern comforts.

The result is a 4.5 bedroom 2.5 bath house with open plan living/dining/kitchen and a butler's pantry. The single garage has also been extended into a 2 car garage.

The building works were carried out by Vinscon Builders.
